Kobla is the Chairman of KQ Group in Swaziland and has recently been appointed the Honorary Consular General for the Republic of Ghana in the Kingdom. He is also a partner in Moteane, Quashie and Associates in Lesotho.

Kobla has for many years been involved in management consulting. He has also undertaken various related assignments for international organisations like UNDP, SIDA, SADC, REDSO, GTZ, EU, USAID and African Development Bank. These consultancies have taken him to Lesotho, Botswana, Mozambique, Uganda, Kenya, Zambia, Zimbabwe, South Africa, Egypt, Cote d’Ivoire, United States of America, France and Switzerland. He was involved in the consultancy assignment for the Metolong Authority in Lesotho for the design of appropriate systems for service delivery including job descriptions and financial procedures.

He has undertaken several consultancies in Swaziland for Government and various organisations. As a leading management consultant, he has also conducted and facilitated a number of consultancies, seminars, trainings and workshops for the Swaziland Government and the private sector.

Daniel is the CEO in charge of the KQ Group’s operations. In addition to his Audit and Advisory responsibilities he also heads the Corporate Support Service unit of the Group. Prior to joining KQA he was with Ernst and Young (Swaziland) and Deloitte and Touche (Ghana) where he worked on both audit and consulting assignments. In addition to being a Chartered Accountant, Daniel is a Certified Internal Auditor and also a Certified Fraud Examiner. He is currently pursuing a course in International Taxation and has been recently admitted as a member of the Chartered Institute of Taxation based in the United Kingdom. Daniel therefore splits his time as an External Audit Assurance Provider, a Forensic Audit Expert, an Internal Audit Expert, expert in Taxation and also as a Management Consultant.

Daniel has worked in Countries such as Ghana, South Africa, Namibia and Canada. His portfolio of clients include: the Namibian Government, the Government of the Kingdom of Swaziland, The Swaziland Environmental Authority, The Swaziland Standards Authority, National Maize Corporation, Swaziland Motor Vehicle Accident Fund, Komati ‘Basin River Authority, Conciliation Mediation and Arbitration Council, NERCHA, The Office of the Registrar of Insurance and Pension Fund, Central Bank of Swaziland, NERCHA, Swaziland Energy Regulatory Authority, Swaziland Civil Aviation Authority, UNDP, UNFPA, the European Union and several International Donor Partners and NGO.

Sabelo is the Executive Director of KQ Consulting (Pty) Ltd, he has considerable experience in management consulting with special emphasis on payroll taxes. He has participated in several assignments both in Swaziland and in international institutions operating in Southern Africa. He is fully trained in the methodology and software tools employed in management consultancies which have been successfully implemented on a number of assignments for our clients throughout the SADC region.

Sabelo has many years of experience in payroll related issues, recruitment and selection, remuneration reviews, human resource management and has attended various courses in human capital development, salary reviews, grading systems, industrial relations, international taxation and in addition, he is accredited to the Institute of Certified Bookkeepers as an internationally recognised Tax and Payroll Practitioner, Softline Pastel as Pastel Payroll Certified Installer and by Thomas International as a competent Recruitment Practitioner.

Emmanuel is the manager in charge of the audit and tax operations. He has over the past 16 years acquired valuable experience in assurance and forensic audits, accounting and financial management assignments in various sectors which include government agencies, private companies and sole traders. Prior to joining KQA, Emmanuel had practised auditing and accounting and financial consulting in Ghana and Canada. Emmanuel is the ICFA Certified Education Provider and country representative for Swaziland. He has been involved in audit and forensic investigations for a number of organisations which include NERCHA, various Government agencies, Registrar of Insurance and Retirement Funds, Komati Basin River Authority, Swaziland Standards Authority.
