An accomplished and experienced Chartered Accountant, Kobla Quashie is the group chief executive. As group chief executive, Kobla enjoys the challenges of providing direction and leadership to the group.  He is a strong believer that the future holds unlimited opportunity for those individuals and firms who possess the proper balance of insight, dedication and sincere desire to serve their clients.  He is dedicated to the concept that management and staff of the firm are not just employees but rather business advisors. 

In addition to the leadership responsibilities to the group, Kobla works with both individual and corporate clients in various industries rendering business advice, consulting, mentoring, tax and estate planning services.  He is also involved in many charitable organizations and is a past president of the local Rotary Club.  He also sits on boards of various companies and organizations. 

 A Swazi citizen and former university lecturer, Kobla has performed extensive professional work in audit, financial management, project management, project appraisals and evaluation, project restructuring, deal structuring, due diligence, business process improvement, management information systems design and installation and training. He has undertaken senior international consultancy assignments funded by UNDP, SIDA, SADC,CDC, USAID,REDSO,GTZ,EU  and  ADB in a number of countries including  Uganda, Kenya, Botswana, Mozambique, Cote D'Iviore, South Africa, Lesotho Zimbabwe, Zambia, Tanzania, Egypt, United States of America and France.
